The most valuable asset of AAABMKT is its skilled workers. That’s why AAABMKT emphasizes with the highest priority on the development of the workers. Various activities are continuing to strengthen the skills, qualification, and accountability of the workers. We need to engage more experienced trainers to improve the skills of our workers.
Development the Skill of Local Leaders
Other essential resources of AAABMKT are the local elected representatives, political leaders and civic organizations for successful implementation of our programs in our work areas. There is no alternative to social entrepreneurship to make positive change. Therefore, AAABMKT is giving the highest importance on the development of the skills of the local elected representatives, political leaders and citizen organization. Various training will be provided for these groups in the union, Upazila and district level. Multiple activities will be taken to improve their skills with their participation in meetings and seminars.
